The Busara Center is growing once again and we are taking applications for new associates.

The Busara Center for Behavioral Economics is a nonprofit organization that uses social and behavioral science to solve problems in development and poverty alleviation. We currently operate in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Nigeria, where we collaborate with organizations from around the world to implement world-class research and data-driven advisory and consulting. Busara has worked with governments, NGOs, private companies, and a number of leading universities and research organizations around the world on projects related to savings, inequality, entrepreneurship, and other questions central to development economics. We use rigorous, data-driven techniques paired with the latest in local behavioral research to help design solutions to further different organizations’ goals.

Now we are adding new associates to our team, to lead behavioral science research and advisory projects. If you are an exceptional, humble and passionate individual ready to tackle problems using new, innovative, evidence-based techniques, we'd love to hear from you.
